We purchased a used 2022 Toyota 4Runner from Sales Consultant Ed Walker on March 15, 2025. Ed printed out a Carfax report and technical reports for this vehicle, which made deciding to purchase this vehicle much easier. Ed went above and beyond in showing us (1) features, (2) answering many questions, (3) showing how to enter information into the blue tooth and navigation programing software and (4) explaining in great detail the operation and functionality of this vehicle. Ed has exceptional skills in customer relations and explaining every aspect of the operation, handling and maintenance procedures to this customer. I highly recommend visiting Ed when purchasing a vehicle.

Purchased 2014 sequoia with 113k miles from another dealer and went to Turner to have fluids replaced, car inspected, and spark plugs replaced...a 120k service. Told by dealer's son who was service manager that cost for differentials, transmission, and transfer case fluid exchange would be around $800...At completion of those items then told charge was $1700..Bait and Switch. He smugly responded i should not really rely upon him. Service department reeks of entitlement. Seeks A level charges and provides C level service. Upon receipt of car after requesting that all fluids be replaced, coolant and window washer needed top off. For $3000 bloated service charge, car could have been washed, extra keys provided a separate key ring versus being jammed on original ring, all fluids could really have been topped off. God knows condition of fluid levels in other components actually are with work habits that were reviewable.
If I could give a 0, I would. After having talked about purchasing a Prius, the salesman Ed Walker having made corrections of the many mistakes on the purchase contract and waiting to get home to find the way and the time after work to finalize the process, they ended up selling the car to someone else. No sense of respect, professionalism and communication between them. On top of that, it's the dealership in Colorado with the higher processing and handling fees (+$1,000) and delivery and handling ($400). Simply, drive a little farther and go somewhere else. They deserve not to make enough sales and close down.
I cannot speak to the sales team at this dealership as I have never purchased a vehicle here. However, I have used this dealership twice now to have my vehicle worked on and both times I have been extremely disappointed. My first experience was when I brought my vehicle in to have an oil change and be serviced. Although I had purchased two years of services when buying my vehicle and was still within the timetable I was forced to pay >$100 for the service. Once I received my vehicle back there was motor oil dripped all over the exterior. Second, I had a recall on my vehicle that they fixed. After waiting six weeks for the replacement part to come in I booked an appointment to drop my vehicle off and have it fixed. I was told the work would take 2-4 hours max. After 6 hours of waiting I asked if my vehicle was ready and the said it was actually going to take 9 hours. I was forced to cancel meetings and miss work because they grossly underestimated the amount of time it would take and failed to update me. Day wasted. You are better off making the 30 minute drive to Delta than dealing this this dealership's service department's incompetence.
I have been going to Turner Toyota ever since 2003 when I bought my first Camry. Since then, I bought another Camry in 2009, Tacoma in 2011, and just recently a Camry in 2021. I have always worked with Wendy and she has been a joy, very professional and friendly. I was happy when I heard that she came back to work part time.
Car runs great! Turner service department always takes good care of my car. People that checked me in and out were helpful and friendly. I also appreciate cards and coupons they send to remind me to bring in my car.
Turner Toyota is about 60 miles from where we live. Turner is known to be a good dealership to work with and we were able to do face to face negotiation with phone follow up. We had a very positive experience working with Ed in the sales department. He is honest and willing to take the time to make buying a vehicle a positive experience. We noted a lot of evidence of his continuing relationship with prior customers. We’ve already recommended him to our son and to several of our close friends!
This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased through turner the first time they got me in a brand new Toyota corolla with 60 miles on it The second was a truck I went down to test drive an both times I was in an out in 2 hours with banks an paperwork

Once the recall was ready to be performed, I dropped off the car in the am and by afternoon it was ready. Quick and very professional.
I walked into this dealership and was not treated with any but respect! They were interested in my wants and needs out of a vehicle. Gave me options and asked many questions and allowed me to do the same. I did not feel like a paycheck to them and felt like they treated me like I was one of their family members who they wanted in a safe vehicle that was going to be dependable for me. Even when I came back the next day to ask questions and give my title over to my vehicle I traded in, I found out they went the extra mile got me financed at a lower rate which dropped my monthly payment. I couldn’t believe that they cared this much and told them how much I appreciated what they did for me and that I would definitely be a returning customer. What a great dealership!

Superior experience. I found both Ernesto (sales) and Randy (finance) not only immediately available and courteous and professional, but HONEST - they both kept their word about any promises made, and the car and the price were very satisfying to both me and my wife. Austin in service was so nice and kept his word about getting work done on the car on time and right. I would definitely deal with them and the entire Turner complex again.
